Israel; the Final Answer

So let’s look at a legal issue of inheiritance…from a middle eastern culture’s eye.
The rule of the firstborn.
Pretty simple and straightforward.
Basically, the first male child born to a man is to be the heir of the father’s property.
Easy enough.
No, not really.
document 3 You see, in God’s eyes, Ishmael was not the ‘child of promise’. He was not the miracle that God promised.
He was the product of Abraham and Sarah’s attempt to ‘help God’.
I don’t know ’bout you, but the God that I serve needs no help.
God told Abraham, quite clearly, that Isaac was the child of promise
I know…your saying “We’ve covered this already’.
Yes we have but I just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page………………………..
You see, many times God has told the Jewish leaders that the land…um…all the promised land…would one day belong to Israel.

Now, this is all in writing in the Word of God.
you know, the Bible.
Not the Quran.
I’m not being disrespectful, just presenting the truth.
The Bible is the book of the Jews and Christians…the Jews being the rightful heirs of the promises of the land.
The Quran belongs to the offspring of Ismael.
A rightful, full-blooded son of Abraham.
But not the one God chose to inherit the land.
quran2 child God did not hate Ishmael, nor does He hate the Arab nations.
He just did not choose them to inherit the promise.
He blessed Ishmael and his children.
But the interesting thing is what the word of God said about Ishmael and (by extension) his children…..
“…his hand will be against every man and every man’s hand will be against him” and, “he will dwell in the midst of his brethren”.
I have to ask if anybody sees this along with me….
Living among many of their brethren but…as I write this…I just made that realization.
Besides the entire middle east problems you have two half brothers living under the ‘same roof’…in ISRAEL.
I’m not going into a history lesson here except to say that Israel gave that land (Gaza etc.) to the Palestinians so they would have a home because the nations that these folks belonged to would not let them come back after Israel was declared a nation…
They were ‘corrupted’.
I feel for the Palestinians but look how they are handling the situation….
Just like God said Ishmael would… his hand against every man and, living in their midst.
All in all, in the end, when the dust settles and the King of kings declares real world peace, the land, the title-deed…
will be handed over to Israel.Israel's Flag
So, how do I know?
The word of God says so. Here’s a list, a very short list, of God’s promises to Israel. Read them and let me know what you think.
Genesis 35:12 God talking to Jacob (And what was his name changed to??? ISRAEL!)
Genesis 48:4 Jacob telling his son, Joseph…note the phrase ‘everlasting possession’
um,..does God lie or allow lies in His book?
Joshua 1:4 & 6
Jeremiah 7:7 and 25:5…hey guys, what part of forever do we not understand?
God has made a promise to Abraham that has yet to be fulfilled.
If God has said it to be so,
The land belongs to Israel forever.
Amen and Amen!

Next week; so, what does the Bible have to say about time travel?????????????????
